1. General Conditions and Acceptance

1.1. Eligibility: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of 18 and are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law, or that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use our services.

1.3. Modifications: ASEC reserves the right to change, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The updated Terms shall take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Enrollment and Course Content

2.1. Registration Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and enrollment process. ASEC reserves the right to terminate your enrollment or suspend your access if any information provided is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete.

2.2. Course Access: Upon successful fee payment, ASEC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the relevant course content and services until the course completion, subject to adherence to these Terms.

2.3. Content Revisions: ASEC reserves the right to change, update, or revise the course content, curriculum, or schedule as necessary without prior notice. ASEC may also, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your use of the Platform or Programs for non-compliance with these Terms.

3. Payment Terms and Razorpay Gateway

3.1. Payment Gateway: ASEC uses **Razorpay Software Private Limited** (“Razorpay”), an RBI authorized Online Payment Aggregator, for processing all online payments. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you are using a third-party payment service provider and agree to their terms and conditions, in addition to ours.

3.2. Transaction Information: You acknowledge that your payment information, shipping address, and additional details required for the transaction will be provided directly to Razorpay. ASEC does not store your sensitive financial data (such as credit card numbers).

3.3. Fees and Charges: All fees for courses, registration, and examination are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Refund & Cancellation Policy (Section 4). You are solely responsible for ensuring the timely payment of all applicable fees.

3.4. Fraud Prevention: We and/or Razorpay may use various fraud prevention protocols. You agree to comply with all such protocols, including card authentication and address verification, as required to process your transaction successfully.

3.5. Failed Transactions: In case of a payment failure, the liability lies with the bank or the payment gateway. You should contact your bank for resolution. ASEC will only confirm enrollment after receiving successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1. General Policy: All fees paid to ASEC, including registration and course fees, are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

4.2. Transfer/Deferral: Students may be allowed to defer their enrollment or transfer to the next available course (maximum period of six months) solely at the discretion of ASEC management. Failure to utilize the course/admission within the deferral period will result in cancellation without refund.

4.3. Cancellation by ASEC: If ASEC cancels a course or program entirely before the scheduled start date, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an equivalent program.

4.4. Refund Processing: Any eligible refund will be processed back to the original payment method within **10** working days after approval by the ASEC management.

5. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

5.1. Ownership: All course content, syllabi, software, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property (IP) provided to you remain the exclusive property of ASEC or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

5.2. Restricted Use: The content is for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, selling, reproducing, reverse-engineering, or using ASEC's IP for any public or commercial purpose without explicit written consent from ASEC.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6.1. Accuracy: While ASEC strives to keep the information on the website accurate, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose.

6.2. Job Guarantee: ASEC provides training and certifications to enhance skills. While we offer career counseling and connections with tied-up organizations, ASEC does **NOT** guarantee employment or job placement upon course completion.

6.3. Limitation of Liability: ASEC, including its directors, officers, employees, or affiliated centers, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services or for any third-party claims.
